EPSRC Future Composites Manufacturing Research Hub offer Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Training for Members

The EPSRC Future Composites Manufacturing Research Hub are pleased to be offering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training to it’s Hub member’s.

The training will be a online session from an external provider with a focus on ‘The Agile Inclusion Paradox: How to build inclusive innovative teams’.

Agile and Lean methodologies, widely adopted in the tech/engineering industries, appear to match many best practices for building inclusion.  But despite growing recognition that diverse and inclusive teams outperform homogenous, non-inclusive teams, little progress has been made to diversify the engineering workforce. This is known as the “Agile Inclusion Paradox”.
