Raul Andres Gomez Quinones

Raul is an EngD student at the University of Bristol and a member of the Researcher Network committee.
He completed his MEng in Chemical Engineering at the University of Manchester in 2021 with a dissertation on modelling the dissolution of lithium salts using the Finite Element Method (FEM). Raul's current research focuses on building a tool to predict the final ply architecture of autoclave-cured composites laid down using AFP (Automated Fibre Placement), and is sponsored by Airbus Atlantic (formerly known as Stelia Aerospace).
